Paul J. Campson

For the past 27 years, Paul J. Campson has acted as a personal injury attorney in New York, litigating on behalf of injured plaintiffs in Federal Courts, Supreme Courts, and the Court of Claims. He takes on cases in all primary areas of personal injury law, including construction accidents, vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, premises liability, products liability, and more.

Mr. Campson was one of the youngest Directors ever elected to The Board of Directors of The New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and he and his cases have been featured in various media outlets across the state and country, including the New York Jury Verdict, The Brooklyn Daily Eagle, The New York Post, and The Journal News. Two of his cases were featured in the NY Jury Verdict Reporter in the “Top Cases of 2009.” He frequently acts as trial counsel to other firms, handling particularly difficult cases with professionalism and care.

Trial Lawyers Care and the Trial Lawyers of America both have recognized Mr. Campson for his pro bono work on behalf of the victims of 9/11. He is also a past member of The United Brotherhood of Carpenters Union, which gives him a unique and in-depth understanding of workplace hazards and construction accidents.
