In order to win a personal injury claim, the negligence of another individual or entity must be proven. Mr. Garafola takes pride in having the skills and resources necessary to investigate and prove the required elements of negligence, and he works hard to ensure that each client receives the fairest settlement and maximum award available for the harm they have suffered.
